- What does your relocation support include?
- Housing search and viewings, contract translation and negotiation, utility and internet setup, move-in inspection, and ongoing English support for maintenance and the deposit return.
- How early should I contact you before my PCS?
- Four to six weeks ahead is ideal. We can pre-screen homes by video so viewings are already scheduled when you land in Korea.
- Do you charge the tenant a separate relocation fee?
- Our real estate commission follows Korean legal rates, and relocation guidance for our tenants is included. Anything outside that is agreed in writing in advance.
- Can you help with medical, dental, and daily life questions?
- Yes. We refer English-friendly clinics and hospitals through our medical partner and maintain a Pyeongtaek guide covering banking, transport, schools, and shopping.
